a. Not a Professional Company: Jibyte AI is not a professional or certified company. It was developed for testing purposes to explore AI capabilities. The service is provided as-is, and users agree to participate knowing that it is experimental in nature.
b. Support Through Membership: By purchasing a membership, users are acknowledging their support for the development and maintenance of this experimental website and the services offered. Users accept that the platform is still under development and may not function like fully certified or professional AI services.
c. Code Origin: Jibyte AI was created using the Magic AI source code purchased from CodeCanyon. Any limitations or issues with the service are partially attributable to the underlying source code.
Intellectual Property:
a. Jibyte AI and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Jibyte AI or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any portion of Jibyte AI without prior written permission from Jibyte AI.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
a. Jibyte AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Jibyte AI makes no warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content and services provided.
b. In compliance with applicable laws (including U.S. law and European Directive 1999/44/EC), Jibyte AI disclaims any liability for the quality or performance of the service beyond what is expressly mentioned in this agreement.
c. As a non-certified entity developed for testing purposes, Jibyte AI is under no obligation to meet specific regulatory or certification requirements unless otherwise mandated by applicable local or national laws.
Limitation of Liability:
a. To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. and European Union law, Jibyte AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use Jibyte AI, including any claims related to data loss, lost profits, or the inability to meet user expectations.

User Conduct:

No Refund Policy:
a. No Refunds: All sales are final. Jibyte AI does not offer refunds for any products, services, or digital content purchased through Jibyte.com, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
b. No Refund After Cancellation: Once a subscription or purchase is made, it cannot be canceled or reversed, and no refunds will be provided.
c. Alternative Compensation: In cases where a refund is requested but not applicable under this policy, Jibyte AI may, at its discretion, offer additional tokens or other forms of compensation in place of a refund.
